Heineken Experience has 4 ratings.
The Heineken Experience in Amsterdam offers visitors an interactive journey through the history and brewing process of the famous Dutch beer. Located in the former Heineken brewery, the museum provides a blend of education and entertainment. Visitors appreciate the well-organized self-guided tour, which includes multimedia exhibits, historical artifacts, and hands-on activities. The brewing process explanation is informative, and many enjoy the tasting session at the end. Some highlights include the virtual reality ride and the opportunity to pour your own perfect draft. However, some visitors find the admission price a bit steep, especially considering the relatively short duration of the experience (about 1.5 hours). While beer enthusiasts generally rate it highly, those less interested in brewing might find it less engaging. The gift shop offers a wide range of Heineken merchandise, though prices are on the higher side. Overall, the Heineken Experience is a popular attraction that provides insight into one of the Netherlands' most famous exports, but its appeal may vary depending on individual interests and budget considerations.
Not worth the price, it is mostly a good marketing tool for Heineken. Pretty crowded and a slow tour: tourist trap.
Even if you don’t like beer, you should visit the Heineken Experience. At first we thought it was a tourist trap, but it turned out we were totally wrong. You get to know about the history of Heineken, its traditions, production, and international presence.
Als Nederlander ben ik erg trots op het merk Heineken. De ‘Experience’ is al met al een leuke ervaring. Je krijgt veel informatie en het is lekker interactief. Aan te raden om met vrienden heen te gaan.
