The Andy Warhol Museum, situated on the North Shore of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, holds the distinction of being the largest museum in North America dedicated solely to a single artist. This museum is a testament to the life and works of the Pittsburgh-born pop art icon, Andy Warhol.

It comprises 17 galleries showcasing a vast collection of Warhol's works, including 900 paintings, nearly 2,000 works on paper, over 1,000 unique prints, 77 sculptures, 4,000 photographs, and more than 4,350 films and videotaped works by Warhol.

Global Reach and Influence

Beyond its Pittsburgh location, the museum has also sponsored 56 traveling exhibits since 1996. These exhibits have drawn nearly nine million visitors across 153 venues worldwide, demonstrating the global appeal and influence of Warhol's work.
