The Museum of Costume and Lace is housed in four distinguished houses and a warehouse from the 17th and 18th centuries in Brussels. The museum displays a collection of lace that sometimes even belonged to royalty. It also displays a collection of costumes, accessories, fashion prints and other documents, from the 17th century to the present. Among other things, visitors will discover how commoners and child-citizens dressed.
