The Science Center Southern Norway in Arendal offers an engaging and interactive experience for visitors of all ages. The center focuses on science and technology, presenting exhibits that encourage hands-on learning and exploration. Many visitors appreciate the wide range of interactive displays that cover topics such as physics, biology, and environmental science. The center is particularly praised for its efforts to make science accessible and fun for children, with many experiments and activities designed to spark curiosity.

The planetarium is often highlighted as a standout feature, providing impressive shows about space and astronomy. The staff are generally described as friendly and knowledgeable, enhancing the overall experience with their explanations and assistance.
