Architectural Design of Delaware Legislative Hall
The Delaware Legislative Hall was designed in the Colonial Revival architecture style by E. William Martin and Norman M. Isham. The construction of the building took place from 1931 to 1933. Additional wings were added to the structure in the years 1965 to 1970 and again in 1994, enhancing its architectural appeal.
The Old State House Museum
The original capitol of Delaware was the State House, now known as the Old State House, located on The Green in Dover. This historic building has been restored to its 18th-century appearance and has been converted into a museum. It offers a glimpse into the state's past and is a significant part of Delaware's heritage.
