The Zwijveke Museum is housed in outbuildings of the former Cistercian Abbey of Zwijveke. The museum is devoted to local history from the French period to the present and displays cultural-historical objects from the 19th and 20th centuries. Various events and figures, politics and culture, justice and the prison system are featured.
