Milling and Baking Museum and its collection

The Milling and Bakery Museum is located near Harzé Castle, a 17th-century castle. The museum is dedicated to the history of bread. A water mill was completely restored. The museum shows how the millstones and gears are made to turn with the power of water. in the demonstration workshop, bread is prepared the old way by appointment.
