Landgoed Schovenhorst is an estate founded in 1848. The estate consists of a small pinetium (a conifer garden), a large pinetium, an arboretum and a three continents forrest. Important at Landgoed Schovenhorst are the giant redwoods, the giant fir and the Douglas. Other important trees are the giant cedar, and the Cryptomeria Japonica.
