Museum Nijkerk presents an overview of the history of the medieval city of Nijkerk in the Veluwe. Nijkerk is both Zuiderzee City and Gate of the Veluwe. In addition to the semi-permanent exhibition, the museum organizes two or three temporary exhibitions related to Nijkerk. It also features a publicly accessible repository and documentation centre.
