Museum gelegen temidden van een prachtig natuurgebied (in de zomer lijkt dit wel een Afrikaans landschap!). Dit is allemaal te bewonderen als je met de 'Witte Fiets' naar het museum rijdt. Het ontstaan van het museum is op zich al zeer noemenswaardig. Ook nu zijn er wederom diverse musea geopend door rijke particlieren. Voor de kunstliefhebber een waar geschenk! Aangekomen word je verwelkomt door Monsieur Jacques van Oswald Wenkebach, waarna je je kunt onderdompelen in o.m. de vele Van Goghs en andere impressionisten. Als je tijd over hebt (wat niet waarschijnlijk is) is de beeldentuin een must, maar beter is om een volgende bezoek aan de tuin te wijden. Kortom een topmuseum!

Een fantastisch museum midden in de bossen van de Veluwe. De rit er naar toe is al een beleving. De Barbara Hepworth tentoonstelling was zeer de moeite waard. In de vaste opstelling is het altijd genieten van de kunsthistorische iconen van de 1e helft van de 20e eeuw maar ook het flinke aantal werken van Van Gogh. Het bezoek afgesloten met een lekkere lunch in het café.

The Kroller-Muller Museum has a very good collection of Van Gogh paintings and sketches. The museum is however stunning both inside and outside. The statue garden is very impressive and you can easily spend a day here.

Fijn museum met veel verschillende kunst en diverse projecten met de beeldentuin als hoogtepunt. Erg mooie beelden in een prachtig landschap. Daarnaast herbergt het museum een erg mooie collectie schilderijen en beeldhouwwerken met als hoogtepunt werken van Van Gogh.

This museum is absolutely one of my favorites. The surroundings are beautiful (national park), love the sculptures in the garden. Also, the architecture of the building is fantastic. A must visit.

Dit is echt een geweldig museum! Zowel de ligging (midden in de natuur in Nationaal Park De Hoge Veluwe) als de collectie zijn prachtig. Wat mij betreft is dit echt een van de betere musea van Nederland en een bezoek is prefect te combineren met de natuur van de Hoge Veluwe.
