The Janus - Museum for Samtidskunst, previously known as Vestjyllands kunstmuseum, is an art museum situated in the Janus Building in Tistrup. This museum is a part of the Vardemuseerne and is renowned for hosting the annual Kunstnernes Sommerudstilling.
The Janus Building
The Janus Building, where the museum is housed, was built in 2000 and is located at Lærkevej 25. The building is named after the Roman god Janus, symbolizing beginnings, transitions, and endings.
