Fjordcenter Jyllinge, located in Jyllinge by the Roskilde Fjord, was a museum that concentrated on the history of the northern part of Roskilde Municipality, known as Gundsøegnen. The museum offered exhibitions about hunting, fishing, and village life, providing a comprehensive insight into the region's past.
Garden and Terrace
Fjordcenter Jyllinge was not just about history. It also included a garden with about 100 medicinal and spice herbs, offering a unique experience for nature lovers. Additionally, the museum had a terrace that provided a stunning view over the fjord and access to the museum's collection of vessels, adding a maritime touch to the visit.
