Ebenezer Avery House and Museum and its collection

In 1971, the Ebenezer Avery House was relocated to Fort Griswold Battlefield State Park in Groton and underwent restoration. Today, the historic house museum is maintained by the Avery Memorial Association, ensuring its preservation for future generations to appreciate.

Visiting Hours of the Ebenezer Avery House

The Ebenezer Avery House is open to the public from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. Visitors can explore the historic site from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. This schedule allows tourists ample time to delve into the rich history of the house and its surroundings.
