The British Columbia Aviation Museum in North Saanich, Canada offers visitors an informative look into the region's aviation history. Many reviewers appreciate the diverse collection of aircraft, ranging from vintage models to more modern planes. The museum's volunteers are often praised for their knowledge and enthusiasm, providing visitors with insightful information about the exhibits.

Visitors generally find the museum well-maintained and organized, with a good variety of displays that include aircraft, engines, and aviation memorabilia. The ability to get close to the aircraft and even sit in some cockpits is a highlight for many guests, especially those interested in aviation or bringing children.

However, some visitors mention that the museum is relatively small and can be explored in a short amount of time. A few reviews suggest that more interactive exhibits or guided tours could enhance the experience. The location, while convenient for those in the area, might require some effort to reach for tourists not specifically planning to visit.

Overall, the British Columbia Aviation Museum is appreciated for its educational value and the dedication of its staff, making it a worthwhile stop for aviation enthusiasts and families looking for an interesting outing in North Saanich.

Great museum. The Lancaster restoration tour was great. The Martin Mars "Hawaii Mars" is the highlight, of course. Shame about not being able to visit or even LOOK INTO the cockpit. Hope the museum can change that. Others on our group said the same thing.
