Kasteel Ammersoyen was built around 1350 and is one of the best preserved examples of a closed medieval Dutch castle with round corner towers and a fortress. Partly thanks to the great hall and the cabinet, the interior feels medieval. It features an exhibition on objects that were found in the moat. The museum illustrates everyday life in a castle.
