Warmley is a suburban area located in South Gloucestershire, on the eastern outskirts of Bristol. The area has a notable industrial heritage, particularly from the 18th century when it was home to William Champion's brass works, an important site in Britain's Industrial Revolution.
Champion's former residence, Warmley House, and its historic gardens remain as significant cultural landmarks. The grounds feature one of the earliest examples of a grotto and statue collection in England, including what is believed to be the country's first heated outdoor seating.
