Zooamerica has 1 rating.

  • Apollo's Insights AI-Generated

ZooAmerica in Hershey, United States, is a wildlife park that offers visitors a chance to see various North American animals in naturalistic habitats. The zoo features a diverse collection of native species, including bears, wolves, bison, and birds of prey. Visitors appreciate the well-maintained exhibits and the opportunity to learn about local wildlife. The zoo's relatively compact size allows for an easy-to-navigate experience, making it suitable for families with children or those looking for a shorter outing. Some visitors note that while the animal enclosures are adequately sized, they may not be as spacious as those in larger zoos. The educational programs and knowledgeable staff receive positive mentions, enhancing the overall experience. However, some reviewers point out that the variety of animals is somewhat limited compared to larger zoos. The zoo's connection to Hersheypark is seen as a plus, though some visitors feel the separate admission fee for ZooAmerica could be included in the Hersheypark ticket. Overall, ZooAmerica provides a pleasant and educational experience focused on North American wildlife, but may not offer the extensive variety found in larger zoos.
