Weißes Schloß and its collection

Weißes Schloß
Source

The Weißes Schloss is one of the four castles in the Middle Franconian market town of Heroldsberg. It is a significant historical site that has been transformed into a museum and event venue. The castle was built by the Nuremberg patrician family Geuder and served the community as a town hall until 2005.

Current Use of Weißes Schloss

Today, the castle serves the Heroldsberg community as a museum for local history and art, as well as an exhibition and event venue. A permanent exhibition is dedicated to the life and work of the artist Fritz Griebel. The Weißes Schloss is operated and maintained by the voluntary association Kulturfreunde Heroldsberg e.V.
