Opened to the public on May 30, 2005, it spans an area of 300 acres, which includes 200 acres of an unfinished arboretum and 20 acres of a botanical garden that surrounds the Sacramento River. The arboretum offers stunning views of the Shasta Valley mountains to the west and the Sundial Bridge at Turtle Bay to the east.

Turtle Bay Museum
