The Tønsberg Kystkultursenter is a coastal culture center situated by the Canal in Tønsberg, Vestfold. It was established in 1911 and serves as a hub for coastal culture. The center is responsible for the restoration and operation of boats and buildings on the site, which are rented out for events and groups.
"Berntine" is a 71.5-foot galeas that sailed as an Arctic ship from Tromsø between 1890 and 1920, and later as a freight vessel. The ship was rebuilt in Tønsberg in 1978 as a school ship for alternative child welfare work. In 2008, the boat was taken over by a foundation and restored to its original name. During the summer, "Berntine" offers departures from Tollbodkaia, located outside the Port Office on Tønsberg Brygge.
