The Tierpark Berlin is a zoo in Berlin which covers an area of ​​160 hectares, making it the largest landscape zoo in Europe. With around 10,000 animals of around 1000 species, it is also one of the most species-rich zoos. It includes the Freianlagen for ungulates; an accommodation for mountain animals; the Alfred-Brehm-Haus with surrounding country houses that accommodates a large number of predators and birds of prey, including three subspecies of the tiger (Sumatran, Siberian, Indochinese), the snow leopard, the striped hyena and the small yellow vulture; and the Dickhäuterhaus with African and Asian elephants and rhinos.
