Tawas Point Light is a historic lighthouse situated in the Tawas Point State Park, off Tawas Bay in Lake Huron, Baldwin Township, Northern Michigan. History of Tawas Point Light

Renovation of the Keeper’s House

The Keeper’s House, part of the Tawas Point Light complex, is currently undergoing remodeling by the Michigan Department of Natural Resources. Once completed, the downstairs area will serve as a museum dedicated to the lighthouse, while the upstairs will be transformed into a mini-cabin that will be available for public rental.
