The exhibition also includes items from the First and Second World Wars.

Outdoor Replica of a First World War Trench System

One of the major exhibits at the Staffordshire Regiment Museum is an outdoor replica of a First World War British Army defensive trench system. This exhibit is named after Lance Corporal William Harold Coltman, a recipient of the Victoria Cross, who served with the North Staffordshire Regiment as a stretcher-bearer.

Camp Fisher Adventure Playground

In 2019, the Staffordshire Regiment Museum opened a military-style adventure playground named Camp Fisher. The playground's main attraction is a life-size Warrior tracked armoured vehicle play feature, set within a mock-Forward Operating Base inspired by the recent Afghanistan war.
