The Sliedrechts Museum illustrates the history of Sliedrecht and Alblasserwaard. The museum features living rooms, a grocery store, a school and the shop of a shoemaker. In the industrial hall a collection of tools from the local industry is exhibited. It includes objects from rope makers. In addition the museum organizes temporary exhibitions.
