Scouting Nederland Museum illustrates the history of the four scouting associations in the Netherlands that are united under the name of Scouting Netherlands: De NPV (de Vereniging de Nederlandse Padvinders), NPG (de Padvindsters) de KV and NGB (de Rooms Katholieke Verkenners en Gidsen). The collection consists of various objects such as uniforms, badges, flags and banners. Besides the history of the Dutch scouting, it also covers the history of international scouting.

The Scouting Nederland Museum in Baarn offers visitors a look into the history and development of scouting in the Netherlands. The museum houses a collection of scouting memorabilia, including uniforms, badges, and equipment from different eras. Visitors appreciate the well-organized displays and the opportunity to learn about scouting traditions. The museum is relatively small, which some find charming, while others wish for more extensive exhibits. The staff members are often praised for their knowledge and enthusiasm. However, some visitors note that the information provided is primarily in Dutch, which can be a drawback for international tourists. The museum's location within the scenic Buitenzorg estate adds to its appeal, with the surrounding park offering a pleasant environment for a visit. While the museum may not be a major tourist attraction, it holds significant value for those interested in scouting history or looking for a niche cultural experience in Baarn.
