Reptile Zoo Iguana is home to large lizards, iguanas and snakes. Iguana takes care of animals that can not return to their natural habitat. At the entrance a rock python is exhibited in a terrarium. Further on in the zoo are venomous lizards, chameleons, snapping turtles, frogs and various other snakes, including large tiger pythons. The zoo also features a nursery where eggs are hatched in incubators. Some grow into real giants such as the tortoises and the Mississippi Alligator.

Reptielen Zoo Iguana has 1 rating.
Reptielen Zoo Iguana in Vlissingen, the Netherlands, is a small but interesting reptile zoo that offers visitors a close-up experience with various reptiles and amphibians. The zoo houses a diverse collection of species, including snakes, lizards, turtles, and frogs. Visitors appreciate the opportunity to see these creatures up close and learn about their habitats and behaviors. The staff is generally described as knowledgeable and passionate about the animals in their care, often willing to answer questions and provide information. The zoo's compact size allows for an intimate experience, making it possible to see everything in about an hour or two. However, some visitors note that the facility could benefit from updates and improvements to the enclosures. While many find the admission price reasonable for the experience offered, others feel it's a bit high given the zoo's size. The zoo also offers educational programs and the possibility to hold or touch some of the animals under supervision, which is particularly popular with children. Overall, Reptielen Zoo Iguana provides an educational and interesting visit for those interested in reptiles and amphibians, though it may not offer enough variety for a full day out.
