The Monaco Automobile Museum is home to a significant personal collection of a hundred restored collectible cars. These vehicles were collected over more than thirty years, reflecting the personal tastes and passion for cars of Prince Rainier III. Visitors can appreciate the meticulous restoration work and the historical value of each vehicle in the collection.
The collection at the Monaco Automobile Museum is diverse and rich in history. It includes six carriages of the sovereigns of the Principality of Monaco, numerous models of rally cars from the history of the Monte-Carlo Automobile Rally, and Formula 1 cars from the history of the Monaco Grand Prix. The collection also features many models of historical prestige brand collections, including De Dion-Bouton, Le Zèbre, Panhard Levassor, Renault, Alpine, Peugeot, Citroën, Citroën Kégresse, Hispano-Suiza, Delage, Ford A, Ford T, Packard, Cadillac, Lincoln, Chrysler Imperial, Maserati, Ferrari, Dino, Lamborghini, Bugatti, Porsche, Jaguar, Mercedes-Benz, Alfa Romeo, Bentley, Rolls-Royce, and more. The museum also hosts temporary exhibitions, offering visitors a chance to see rare and unique vehicles.
