The Princely Treasury Thurn und Taxis in Regensburg, Germany, offers visitors a glimpse into the opulent history of the Thurn und Taxis family. Located within the grand St. Emmeram's Abbey, the museum showcases an impressive collection of family heirlooms, jewelry, and precious artifacts.

Visitors often appreciate the well-preserved royal apartments and the extensive display of valuable items, including ornate tableware, porcelain, and religious objects. The museum's setting in the palace adds to the overall experience, allowing guests to immerse themselves in the aristocratic atmosphere.

Many reviewers praise the audio guide, which provides detailed information about the exhibits and the family's history. The tour through the lavishly decorated rooms gives insight into the lifestyle of European nobility.

However, some visitors find the admission price to be on the higher side, especially considering that photography is not allowed inside. A few reviewers mention that the tour can feel rushed at times, and some would prefer more time to explore the rooms at their own pace.

Despite these minor drawbacks, the Princely Treasury Thurn und Taxis is generally regarded as a worthwhile attraction for those interested in European history, art, and royal heritage. The museum's rich collection and historical significance make it a notable stop for visitors to Regensburg.
