The Prague Aviation Museum, also known as Kbely Aviation Museum, offers an extensive collection of aircraft and aviation-related exhibits. Visitors appreciate the wide variety of planes on display, ranging from early 20th century models to more modern aircraft. The outdoor exhibits are particularly popular, allowing guests to get up close to many of the planes. While the museum is praised for its comprehensive collection, some reviewers note that the information provided could be more detailed, especially in English. The museum's location at a former military airbase adds to its authenticity, but it can be a bit out of the way for some tourists. Despite this, many find the trip worthwhile for aviation enthusiasts. The staff is generally described as helpful, though interactions may be limited. Some visitors mention that certain areas or aircraft interiors are not always accessible. Overall, the museum provides a solid overview of aviation history, particularly focusing on Czech and Soviet-era aircraft, making it an interesting stop for those interested in the subject.
