The Porzellanikon in Selb, Germany, is a comprehensive museum dedicated to the history and art of porcelain. Visitors generally appreciate the extensive collection that showcases the development of porcelain manufacturing from its beginnings to modern times. The museum offers a blend of historical artifacts, industrial machinery, and contemporary porcelain art.

Many reviewers highlight the informative exhibits that detail the porcelain production process, from raw materials to finished products. The museum's location in a former porcelain factory adds authenticity to the experience. Interactive displays and hands-on activities are often mentioned as engaging elements, especially for families and those interested in craftsmanship.

The museum's architecture, combining old industrial buildings with modern extensions, receives positive comments. Some visitors note that the museum is larger than expected, allowing for a comprehensive exploration of the topic.

While most feedback is positive, a few visitors mention that some sections might be too detailed for casual observers. Additionally, some international visitors point out that not all information is available in languages other than German, which can be a drawback for non-German speakers.
