     Uhldingen-Mühlhofen
    The Pfahlbauten Museum, located in the village of Unteruhldingen in the municipality of Uhldingen-Mühlhofen, is an open-air museum that showcases archaeological finds and reconstructions of stilt houses. The museum began in 1922 with the construction of the first two stilt houses and has since grown to include 23 wooden stilt houses. These houses are built on and slightly off the shore, connected by wooden plank walkways.
