The Paulson House as a Museum

Today, the Paulson House serves as a museum. The house is a 1 + 1 ⁄ 2 -story, side-gable, L-shaped structure, built with cedar logs that are 7 to 9 inches thick. The logs are dovetailed together at the corners and are held together with iron spikes. This unique construction and design make the Paulson House a distinctive architectural feature in the area.
