In 1971, a group of concerned citizens saved the building from scheduled demolition by forming Old St. Peter's Landmark, Inc. Today, the organization maintains the building as a museum and a venue for weddings, concerts, and other cultural events.

Architectural Features

Old St. Peter's is adorned with 34 stained glass windows, typical of the Victorian art glass style. These were designed and installed by the Povey Brothers Studio in Portland, Oregon, including six rose windows. These windows add to the aesthetic appeal of the building.
