The Nationaal Tinnen Figuren Museum is housed in the former town hall of Ommen. The collection of the museum consists of tin, plastic, paper and cardboard figures, which are exhibited in dioramas. The figures illustrate myths, fairy tales and historical events. Among other events, the museum displays a large diorama of the Battle of Waterloo with over 10,000 figures.
