The Handwerkerhäuser Kühnertsgasse are three listed former craft houses in Nuremberg, at Kühnertsgasse 18, 20 and 22. The oldest house number 22 was originally built in 1377 as a two-storey half-timbered house. The other two houses were built until 1434. The inhabitants rebuilt the houses several times in the following centuries and applied plaster on the framework. The museum is dedicated to craftsmen with exhibition documenting craftsmanship at the time.

Museum 22 20 18 Kuhnertsgasse, located in Nuremberg, Germany, offers visitors an intimate look into the city's World War II history. The museum is housed in a former air raid shelter, providing an authentic atmosphere that enhances the overall experience. Visitors appreciate the well-preserved bunker structure and the informative displays that detail life during the war.

The exhibits focus on presenting everyday objects and personal stories from the 1940s, which many find engaging and thought-provoking. The museum's strength lies in its ability to convey the human experience of wartime Nuremberg through these artifacts and narratives. Some visitors note that the information provided is primarily in German, which can be a drawback for non-German speakers, though some English translations are available.

The compact size of the museum allows for a focused and manageable visit, typically lasting about an hour. This aspect is viewed positively by many visitors who appreciate the concise yet comprehensive nature of the exhibits. However, some guests mention that the space can feel cramped during busier times.

The museum's location in the old town adds to its appeal, making it easily accessible for tourists exploring Nuremberg's historical center. Staff members are generally described as friendly and knowledgeable, enhancing the visitor experience.

While the museum provides a valuable historical perspective, some visitors suggest that it could benefit from more interactive elements or multimedia presentations to further engage younger audiences. Despite this, many find the museum to be a sobering and educational experience that offers important insights into Nuremberg's wartime past.

Overall, Museum 22 20 18 Kuhnertsgasse is regarded as a worthwhile visit for those interested in World War II history and seeking to understand the local impact of the war on Nuremberg and its citizens.
