The museum showcases a century of Italian and international boxing history. It features a wide range of exhibits, including gloves, photos, books, memorabilia, and uniforms. These items belonged to notable figures in boxing such as Gianfranco Rosi, Agostino Cardamone, Primo Zamparini, Francesco Damiani, Clemente Russo, Angelo Musone, and the brothers Massimiliano and Alessandro Duran.
Visitors to the museum can admire the Olympic medals won by Italian boxers. These include the gold medals won by Nino Benvenuti in Rome 1960, Maurizio Stecca in Los Angeles 1984, and Roberto Cammarelle in Beijing 2008.
