Positive aspects frequently mentioned include the diverse range of exhibits, the opportunity for interactive learning, and the museum's suitability for families. The planetarium is often highlighted as a standout feature, providing an immersive astronomical experience. Additionally, the museum's location in the heart of Las Palmas makes it easily accessible for tourists.

However, some visitors note that certain exhibits might benefit from updates or maintenance. A few reviews mention that some interactive elements may not always be in perfect working condition.
