Experiencing a Fully Functional Historical Mill
The Amtswassermühle, where the Mühlenmuseum Moisburg is located, is one of the last fully functional mills in the region. It continues to serve the local community by regularly grinding grain for bakeries in the area. Witnessing Traditional Milling Techniques
From mid-April to mid-October, visitors can experience the mill in operation every Sunday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. These milling days offer a unique opportunity to see the old milling techniques in action, with the miller explaining the process from grain to flour. This interactive experience provides a deeper understanding of the historical milling process.
