The Manresa Regional Museum, officially known as Museu Comarcal de Manresa, is a multidisciplinary museum that was established on September 2, 1896. It was initially named the Archaeological Museum, Public Library and Permanent Artistic Industrial Exhibition. The museum is located in one of the rooms of the city's town hall building.
The Manresa Regional Museum is a multidisciplinary museum featuring several rooms. Among them, visitors can find a collection of 14th-century medieval ceramics decorated in green and purple, a collection of polychrome carvings from the Baroque period of the 17th and 18th centuries, and a good archaeological sample of objects from the Neolithic to the Romanization. The museum also houses various religious objects from the 10th to the 16th century.
