Since November 4, 2012, the public has been admitted to the Mallory–Neely House on Fridays and Saturdays. A ramp provides access to the first floor, ensuring the house is accessible to all visitors. The carriage house serves as the ticket office and is also the venue for a 20-minute video about the museum, providing an informative introduction to the history and significance of the house.
