Since 1973, the mansion has been adapted for use as a house museum, showcasing furnishings from the Victorian era. The museum has been operated by the City of Memphis and Museums Inc. since 1987 and is part of the Pink Palace Family of Museums. Visiting Hours and Accessibility
Since November 4, 2012, the public has been admitted to the Mallory–Neely House on Fridays and Saturdays. A ramp provides access to the first floor, ensuring the house is accessible to all visitors. The carriage house serves as the ticket office and is also the venue for a 20-minute video about the museum, providing an informative introduction to the history and significance of the house.
