The Antigo Public Library and Deleglise Cabin are part of a historic site in Antigo, Wisconsin. The library building, which is a Carnegie library, was constructed in 1904. This site offers a glimpse into the architectural style of the early 20th century and the history of public libraries in the United States.
In 1997, the Antigo Public Library moved out of the building, which is now a museum and the headquarters of the Langlade County Historical Society. This change has allowed the building to be preserved and used to showcase the rich history of Langlade County.
The Deleglise Cabin has been fully restored, with additions such as a surveyor's office and kitchen lean-tos. It is available for viewing on the museum grounds, offering visitors a chance to experience a piece of Antigo's early history.
