The İznik Museum is home to a variety of significant artifacts. These include a marble table game from the Roman period known as "Ludus duodecim" or "duodecim scripta", which combines elements of chance and strategy. The museum also houses an ornate sarcophagus dedicated to the Greek hero Achilles, the sarcophagus of Antigonos, a general of Alexander the Great, and the sarcophagus of Nike-Eros, dating back to the 2nd century AD.
