The Hochburg, also known as the 'high castle', is a historical castle ruin located between the city of Emmendingen and the village of Sexau in the Baden region of southwest Germany. The Hochburg is open to the public and can be visited free of charge. It is part of the state preservation program for castles and gardens in Baden-Württemberg.
