Heimatmuseum Schloss Schönebeck is a musuem in Bremen that is housed in the Schönebeck Castle, a moated castle built in North German half-timbering. Special exhibitions cover the topics of the history of the former port city of Vegesack, including topics such as sailing, steamboats, herring loggers, whaling, the beginnings of the rescue service and the journeys of the Africa explorer Gerhard Rohlfs. Furthermore, the museum displays a collection of the former stoneware factory Witteburg.
