The museum spans over 14,000 square meters and includes the original station, which was built in 1874, along with two new buildings and railway tracks. The location and the historical buildings add to the charm and authenticity of the museum experience.
The Gijón Railway Museum boasts a collection of more than 1,000 objects, including 140 pieces of rolling stock.
