The Frank-Loebsche Haus is a historic building located in Landau in der Pfalz. It is named after its former owners, the Jewish Frank-Loeb family. This three-story four-wing building with arcades has a rich history that dates back to between the 15th and 17th centuries. It is a significant symbol of Jewish culture in Landau society before the era of National Socialism.
Since 1987, the Frank-Loebsche Haus has been owned by the city and is used as an art and exhibition building. It houses the Frank-Loeb Institute and the Department of Political Science of the Institute for Social Sciences of the University of Koblenz-Landau (Campus Landau). Additionally, the Peace Academy of Rhineland-Palatinate is also located in the building.
