The Fox Lake Railroad Depot, situated in Fox Lake, Wisconsin, is a historical site that dates back to 1884. It was constructed by the Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul and Pacific Railroad, also known as the Milwaukee Road. A notable architectural feature, the porte-cochère, was added to the depot in 1919.
The Fox Lake Railroad Depot was a bustling hub for passengers, including resort patrons, until the 1950s and it continued to serve freight until 1970. Today, it has been repurposed and serves as a museum, offering visitors a glimpse into its rich past.
