Today, the Fayetteville Area Transportation Museum is located in this historic building. The museum showcases the local history and transportation of the area. It features a model train room and a recreated station agent's office, providing a glimpse into the past.
Adjacent to the main museum building is an annex that houses a variety of exhibits. These include vintage cars, a recreated 1920s gas station, a steam pump engine, and exhibits on local law enforcement and fire department, farm life, Fort Bragg and Pope Army Air Field.
