The Elkhorn City Railroad Museum, situated in Elkhorn City, Kentucky, was founded in 1990. The museum is dedicated to preserving and educating the public about the history of railroads in the Eastern Mountain Coal Fields region of Kentucky.

The Elkhorn City Railroad Museum houses over 1,000 pieces of railroad memorabilia, dating from the 1800s to the present day. The collection includes two cabooses, velocipedes, motor cars, antique uniforms and equipment, and a seat from the private railcar of President James Garfield.
