The location in the charming town of Comillas is often cited as an additional point of interest, allowing visitors to explore the area's other attractions.
This is a splendid example of Gaudi's work. He is probably more famous for the Barcelona Familia Sagrada church. Here he seems to have been given free rein to try out his architectural ideas which appear in his later works. It is beautifully quirky! It is in pristine condition and the workmanship is fabulous. You are free to wander or can get guided tours. There’s an English commentary available. You can book in advance to save queing. It gleams with colour on a sunny day.
